believe what you are seeing
keeping an eye out, in the blink of an eye, turning a blind eye, eyes wide open, eye candy, black eye
these past two weeks i’ve been making cut out eyes.
you can make an eye from the tiniest of studio scraps.
the components of these cut out eyes are relatively simple, but the colors, textures and layers keep them fun and interesting!
in this week’s studio update, i’m sharing my eye experiments plus artwork that’s inspiring me right now.

I hav been getting your newsletters for a while. This particular newsletter at this time is melting my heart. The theme, the colors, your creative process with the eyes, the historic use of eyes and all of the layers that go with that. Thank you so much for the reminders and sharing your work. Sending hugs.
