ask: what to increase? what to decrease?

give it the appropriate level of anxiety and nothing more

go where it's warm

what if it works out?

believe what you are seeing

know your limits

do not let it consume you

the weather might be the reason for the bad mood

can you abandon what isn't working without shame?

look closely and for a long time

be mad about it, that's allowed

be clear about what you want

keep one thing the same

it can be difficult and still worth the effort

learning won't always happen on your terms
